Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide EBEWE customer support due to a temporary lapse in funding.  Our website and materials will remain current and we look forward to resuming our support as soon as possible.

In the interim, the Benchmarking Guide covers the first-year process and the Ongoing Reporting Guide describes how to comply in subsequent years.

  • Contact the LA Department of Building and Safety with questions related to your Building ID, notification letters, deadlines, registration (including changing contact information), payment of fees/fines, and non-compliance notices. You can reach LADBS via email at; ladbs.ebewe@lacity.org
