Audit and RCx Provider Directory
The EBEWE Ordinance requires covered buildings to perform energy & water audits and retro-commissioning of base building systems once every five years, unless the building qualifies for one of the exemptions listed in the Ordinance.
Our Audit/RCx provider directory connects you with local, vetted 3rd party vendors who can help you get into compliance with the EBEWE Audits & RCx requirements.
The Resource Center has conducted a Request for Qualifications, confirmed licensure, and checked references to ensure that firms listed in the directory have met the following criteria:
| Service Provider Qualification Criteria |

| Register as a Service Provider Partner with EPA |
| Internal and/or affiliated CA Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) to supervise and sign off on Audit/RCx Services. |
| Have provided Audit & RCx services to at least 10 buildings in Los Angeles |
| Passed an exam demonstrating familiarity with EBEWE requirements |
